I work at the local health unit in my town. We offer WIC. And these are the hand outs we are required to give to the patients. So I thought it would be a good idea to type the handouts on here for everyone to see. We will probably make them a sticky later. Just some helpful information I wanted to share.

HERE ARE OUR SUGGESTIONS FOR ADDING SOLID FOODS

4 MONTHS - INFANT CEREAL
5 MONTHS - FRUIT JUICES AND STRAINED VEGETABLES
6 MONTHS - STRAINED FRUITS
7-8 MONTHS - STRAINED MEATS & EGG YOLK
