Anyone have any tips on how to get a fussy 2 year old to eat more fruit and veggies?

Try presenting it in fun ways. For example... make a smiley face out of fruit and veggies on a plate.

Ok the fruit was easy, the smoothie was a great idea, he is doing better with the veggies, but the problem he has is that he smells all his food before eating it and iff it has a strong smell he wont touch it. There are a few veggies with a strong smell, but I am just trying to give him the ones that don't smell too much. He doesn't like chesse much eather so that is hard.

thanks for the help girls.

also I am finding it hard to get him to eat red meat. He is happy to eat chicken but wont touch anything else. I have tried to give him mince with sause mixed in which worked for a while but he has now gone off that. He has multi vitamines everyday but I would like him to eat his meat still.

Thanks for all your help again.
