Hey guys, I am starting a new journal for my new start. Hopefully this one will be more successful than other tries have been . I appreciate the support that I find here. I will also keep the point totals for "the game" posted here so you can see my progress and who is in the lead. : ]

-100 cal pack wheat things
-1/2 cup chicken salad

Dinner:
-5 strawberries
- 1 cup pineapple
- 5oz Salmon
-1 cup

Snack:
- Hummus
- Pita Chips
-Frozen Yogurt

Water:
64 oz so far.

i need to stop reading your posts while in China....you killing me with the hummus...i LOVE hummus. THERE IS NO HUMMUS here.

Breakfast:
Caramel Machiatto

Lunch:
6 inch white bread sub
4 ox chicken
2 strips of bacon
Lettuce
Onions
2 tbsp blue cheese
1 oz Salt and vinegar chips

Dinner:
1/2 cup chicken salad
20 crackers
1 cup pesto pasta salad

Snack:
gummy bears
1 cup cucumbers

Water:
64 oz so far

so... I ate some more. Today has been a really bad food day. I am on my period and all I want to do is eat.

Today I am not going to eat any candy or junk food. Fruits veggies and stuff that's good for me!

Breakfast:
.5 Light Yogurt
Non-fat sugar free chai latte

Lunch:
6 inch chicken teriyaki sub from subway

dinner:
Crackers
1/2 cup chicken salad
.5 bag popped chips

Weekend at my parents house celebrating mother's day and my birthday so you can imagine how that's been food wise. And we went to see Speed Racer last night with Popcorn and Soda and the whole shebang. Going home tomorrow so hopefully that will be better starting tomorrow.

Breakfast:
Dried Fruit Mixture

Lunch:
Slice of Cheesecake (epic fail, I know)
5 oz chicken breast

way to keep it up girl! and hey... I've got the 100 cal wheat thins, and if I remember correctly, a little triangle of that laughing cow cheese is 1 point, and I think it owuld make a fabulous snack... I've been meaning to pick some up. Just thought I'd throw it out there, lol.

I am back to chugging down water and I truly think my heart is back in the game. I am measuring all my food out and keeping track of what I et and drink. I've set limitations for my self as well as goals. I really hope I can keep up with them.
