Hey girls. I thought a little healthy competition would be good for us. If you want to play along These are your daily goals. Whoever has the most points at the end of the month gets a blinkie for bragging rights. Post your score daily so we can keep this post bumped and active. Anyone in? IF you want to participate then post with your starting weight and BMI.

1point for getting 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day
1point for taking a vitamin
1point for per 20 minutes of cardio
1point for per 20 reps strength training
1point for 8+ glasses of water
1point for doing some out door exercise
10 bonus points at the end of the month for whoever has lost the most percentage of body fat (aka lowered their bmi the most)

If you join late we will just calculate yours out of the points you could have had for the days you were active. it'll be a percentage. I hope more people join!

If we don't post new stuff every day the post will get lost. I am just going to post a new one everyday with an updated point total.

y'know I'm glad we're doing this, today I was actually thinking about how I need more fruits & veggies. Like, I ate a cup of various fruits, and I had some steamed veggies but I don't feel like it was 5 full servings... that's hard! I know I can nail the water and vitamin easy every day, but the rest of the stuff will be harder so I'm glad I'm going to be really working to get them in! THANK YOU RACH! This is great!

i really like this idea - i dunno if i will be able to keep track, but i'll give it a shot.
ETA: omg i just looked at this and realized i'm almost 10 lbs heavier than i was at my wedding i gained the dreaded 1st yr of marriage 10 lbs!!! NOOOOOOOO - ok, new resolve, its SO coming off.

Starting Weight: 124 lbs.
BMI: 22
Body Fat %(done on one of those fancy scales): 28%

05/07 - 4 points (60 min yoga i counted as 3 x 20 min)
05/08 - i'm at like at least 12 points so far, i worked out with my trainer, so i did like a thousand million reps with weights plus cardio sprints
