y'know I'm glad we're doing this, today I was actually thinking about how I need more fruits & veggies. Like, I ate a cup of various fruits, and I had some steamed veggies but I don't feel like it was 5 full servings... that's hard! I know I can nail the water and vitamin easy every day, but the rest of the stuff will be harder so I'm glad I'm going to be really working to get them in! THANK YOU RACH! This is great!
