So my Husband and I have been talking and were thinking about TTC within the next year.
I'm considered well overweight and while I keep wanting to I also keep getting distracted and unmotivated.
Mostly because I always seem to tired to do anything.
But Not anymore, I want to loose 50lbs before we start TTC.
So ladies... Please some advice, reassurance and motivation.
Were moving into a new house within the next 3 weeks, and after we move in I plan on going back to Krav Maga since Its great cardio for me.
I'm hoping that prepping my body will allow me the time to finish prepping my mind.
Ive known my entire life that I want to be a mother, and my husband and I are both having baby fever. While he notices children everywhere I notice pregnant women and get that pang of longing...

Welcome to the weight forum. Sorry no one has replied to your post yet!! I would really reccomend you checking out weight watchers! You can do it all online and not have to go to the meetings or you can find a local group and go to meetings!! I lost 10lbs on Weight watchers in two months and it works wonders!!! Its all about proportions and taking certain foods out of your diet!! Exercise is a great part of losing weight too! Log your food, it helps to see what you are eating day after day!!! Drink lots of water too!!!
