I also am just popping in. I am down to 144lbs now! (was 158 lbs two months ago) I am have lost everything I gained while on this board. I'm not drinking water anymore, rarely to the gym, suck at taking my vitamins, and am eating only one meal a day.
So I am going to snap out of this. I would love to lose 10-15 more pounds. So you may see me starting to pop back in here. Or avoid because I am sucking at it
