Dunno if any of you ladies are familiar with this, but it is a free website that figures out how many calories you should eat per day to lose X lbs/week and exercises and all sorts of stuff. It's an awesome online food journal and has a huge database of different foods. It helped me lose 23 pounds on my tiny 5 foot frame. Love it!
The main thing for me was that it showed me just what I was eating and how messed up my portions were.
