I called to ask about pinching paain and she asked if I was taking my bcp regularly. Oops! Told her no and I am off it now. Just fyi, bcp prevents ovarian cysts btw, so she thinks its that or ovulation. But hers the thing, I just got off my period on the 20th. Now this morning my panties were filled with watery cm and some had ran down my legs but nothing really since then. Its waaay to soon to O right? Anyway, she said to call if pain persists. Right now its mostly lower back pain which I also had with my last O pain and cysts. Bleh

Blah! I've been having similar problems.

I'm going through all sorts of tests right now because of pinching pain during the month, and searing pain my day of ovulation. I have an IUD, but waiting to have an ultrasound next month to confirm whether or not I have cysts, or just REALLY feel my ovulation.

So I feel your pain when it comes to the frustration of mysterious pain.

As for the CM, how long do your cycles usually last? I generally ovulate 7-10 days after my period ended. Maybe you just ovulated early this month? CM can be really tricky!

I'm hoping you just Oed early and not that you have the cysts! I agree with the PP CM can be tricky, I've been trying to guestimate my O dates by CM, and I'm not sure if I'm even close! I'm going to try a couple of OPKs this month to see if I'm guessing correctly.

GL!

Ha yea - I am charting for my first time ever and just started temping 5 days ago which this week has been terrible...interuptions 4 out of 5 nights. The first night my son was sick throwing up all night, the second night no interuptions, 3rd night ds had nightmares, 4th night my daughter woke me up twice, and then last night I had to wake up to pee at 4 which I found really strange btw. I peed alot yesterday and didn't have a large amount to drink - A mt dew, part of which I spilled, a lil chocolate milk (school lunch), and then a beer in the evening. So my chart looks a little eradic...lol.

And since it has been two weeks since I had an active pill and I didn't start up my new pack, is it possible to have Oed early? I am not sure when I O...I am convinced I'm by the book but who knows esp since being on the pill! On the pill, my cycles were 30 days long...but who knows now. Oy!

Urchin - The IUD causes ovarian cysts...I was on it for two and a half years before changing to BCP in December. One month I was experiencing painful pinching in my uterus and having a lot of back pain. Like I was being stabbed. I checked my strings and they were MIA. So they had me come in and the OBGYN couldn't find my strings so they gave me a u/s that same day to see if we could find them...we didn't but IUD was still in place. Then she showed me my ovaries because it was all "busy" looking. Left was "quiet". She explained to me the IUD causes cysts and that was what was on my right ovary and that I would ovulate from that ovary. Sure enough, the pain worsened, I was taking motrin and curled up on my couch that night, doubled over! It was awful! And I know I when I Oed too bc I hit the highest point of pain in that experience and I started to feel better....it took about 2 or 3 days after to feel 100%. Worst O ever. But I guess you get cysts every month but they sometimes can be more noticable or something. Who knows. But it sounds to me that you are having the O pains every month like my one time. Ouch!
I am feeling better, just having the back pain which has also lessened.

I haven't checked CM yet today but I will...my temp increased slightly from yesterday but it has been the best temp difference...the rest are all eradic. If yall wanna check it out. LOL

Wow I probably know that least about TTC than anyone in here LOL. I hope whatever the pain is it is nothing or related to O ing. I have not been on any hormonal birth control in years so I am not sure what any of the side effects are any more. I have had cysts and they are extremely painful.

So last night I had three painful pangs on my left side. I've had dull pains there along with right side but I figured I was imagining it. Well I'm having more pains from that side, left side. Turns out u can O from both ovaries! So I figure I'm getting ready to O or I'm just having irritated cysts. According to calculators I am fertile btwn the 26th and 1st...guess well see what body and chart does. Is it common to O from both right after bcp?

Watery CM should be treated as fertile CM, so it could be you getting ready to O. I think watery CM is even more fertile then EWCM... I never get water cm anymore, lol.

I think it is more sticky than watery...the only thing I really have to go on is my BBT and probably the ovary pains...oh the anticipation! I am all excited to O and see how my body behaves! Ha! Whata nerd!

Maybe your body is just adjusting to being without the hormones? I was on Ortho TriCyclin for nearly 10 years. When I went off of it my cycle was really wonky for a few months. Granted I didn't chart or check my cm or anything during that time (this was a few years ago) so I have no idea if I was Oing or not. My periods just went crazy. I would have two back to back like 2 weeks apart and then not have one for 6 weeks. After a while my cycle got back on track and now its regular.

I have never had a problem coming off BCP before. Of course, when I went off the first time, when DS was 2 1/2, I got my period right on time, then concieved our daughter that first month off...so who knows what the next few months have to hold! ;p Both times I was on yasmin.

I took Orthotricyclen when I first went on BCP before DS was ever thought of. And after a few years of being on it, my body started acting crazy. So I got off it, and I had the same problems. I had a ton of periods seemed like every two weeks or extremely long. Then I didn't have a period for three months and I worried I was pg. Then I finally got regular and three months later we concieved DS. LOL Maybe it's orthotricyclen. I never went back to that again for those reason exactly.

Is it sad I have been on here ALOT today? I have clothes to fold, but I like to do it alone, watching my shows, and drinking wine...so my bored lil tush has been on here like all day.
