I've **HEARD** that vitamins can impact how effect BC is. I really need to start taking vitamins, because I don't eat a very well balanced diet to get all the "essentail" whatever daily. I know I don't get alot of what I neeed, due to blood work. But I forget to eat more of certain stuff, daily.

ANyways -- I'm on BC [Tri-Sprintec], and i'm not sure if taking vitamins or certain kinds will effect, how well the BC works.

Also, what kinds are good? I got "ONCE A DAY TEENS" and it make me so sick to my stomache. I always feel so much more alart, and sleep better when I take the vitamins, and i'm so cranky and irritable recently.

Vits should not have am impact on the effectivness of your BC. In fact, women that take BC have higher serum levels of vitamins in their blood....so you might not even need to take an extra vit. But doing so is good, and definatly won't hurt. Look for a multivit that has 100% of iron, folic acid and calcium is good too.
