I'm so sick of heartburn. I've gotten it since I was about10. Gosh this past week I'm dying its like every meal I get heartburn or atleast indigestion.
Is it too much to just eat and he happy. It makes eating not enjoyable. I couldnt even enjoy the elk burger DH made last night.
Does anyone else get heartburn before AF comes? AF is due monday.

Sorry I needed and wanted to whine about it. I'm feeling very whiney today, work its taking too long.

When I was getting my undergrad degree, I would get TERRIBLE heartburn b/c of the stress. I took Zantac 75 everyday, just to be able to eat anything!!

I don't get it much now....every great once in a long while it will pop up.

I swear I had it for the first time just a couple weeks ago. It lasted a couple days. It was SUPER annoying so I feel for you.

My husband used to get heartburn All The Time. He was a huge milk drinker, and then when heartburn would hit, he'd drink more milk to relieve the heartburn. For a period he gave up milk altogether, but now have made the switch to Organic. He only drinks a glass of milk maybe 1-2 times a week now and surprise....he rarely ever gets heartburn.

I was born with Esophageal Reflux Disease and so I have damage to my esophagus, that will forever make me have heartburn. No spicy foods for me.
Luckily Gaviscon works but gosh its tastes like chalk and looks like I'm foaming at the mouth. Which makes it hard to take at work.

I'm kinda scared of heartburn in pregnancy. My sister when she was pregnant the second time got it from water.

I've had heart burn since I was about 9 years old. It didn't get really bad until after I had my last son. Though it was the exact reason why I tested to see if I was pregnant with him.

I was recently diagnosed with Acid Reflux Disease/GERD and went through so many tests, most of which were incredibly uncomfortable. Only to be told that there was nothing that they can do for me. Medication doesn't help and I am ineligible for surgery because my esophogas is crappy.
I get heart burn every day now. After I eat, if I don't eat, when I bend over, laugh, sneeze, hiccup, lay down, roll over, etc.

Heart burn for me in pregnancy was the worst. I ate tums like they were candy. Then I got prescriptions that I could take while pregnant and it helped a lot.
