I was in Target a couple months ago and they had "Batteries Not Included" for $5. DH and I love that movie, so I snagged it. When the cashier rang me out, he was like "Oh, I haven't heard of this movie, is it new?" He was 18, so that movie was literally before his time. I felt super old, lol.

Small world! Kenosha was just in the news yesterday! Some kids playing on the rocks of Lake Michigan found a body and it was determined to be the body of a 37 year old man that went missing February 3rd, but how scary for those kids. They must be having nightmares!

Well, if me and my dh wouldn't have been movie buffs my oldest wouldn't know most of the movies he does! Some of his friends have never heard of ET, much less seen it!

LOL I hear that! I still spend a considerable amount of my time playing video games, lol. I remember when Kurt Cobain died, I was 13, and I thought 27 seemed LIKE SOOOOO OOOOLLDDD. Then I got to be 27 myself, and realized how young that really was.

But 30 was when I first started encountering people like the kid from Target above, and I was like, "Wow, I'm at THAT age now." Then I went and played more video games.

LOL! My husband is 8 months younger than me (he turns 30 in August, I turn 31 in December) and he was also giving me crap about turning 30 before him. He also likes to tease me about robbing the cradle, lol.
