we was bad and i feel bad.

i went out on xmas eve with people from work for a couple of drinks and a women came who nobody likes she does cause alot of trouble for us and is a very bitter person but i have seen some good sides to her so i'm sort of on the fence. anyway she came and left early. when she had gone everyone started moaning about her. one of the other women went outside for a smoke and came back in and said the other women was sat outside the window on a bench and we had the window open. so i'm sure she must of heard it. i spoke to a women at work saying i feel bad and i'm first to work with her what do i say and she told me don't worry about it she brought it on herself but i do feel bad and also i don't know what to say when i work with her. see if that was me hearing that i would hand my notice in there and then but she might pretend she hasn't heard us.
oh i don't know what to do i just wish i wasn't first to work with her and if i wasn't training to be csm i could ask my manager to do it.

Wow, that really sucks. I mean, I totally get your situation. It can be really tough to work with a person that brings on a lot of drama, and it can be helpful to vent about that person, but it definitely is never ideal for them to hear it. Maybe since you know that she heard you guys, you could use this as an opportunity to formally address some of the issues you guys have with her in the work environment. Maybe that was just the wake up call she needed to realize her negative actions.

thanks hun i spoke to my manager today and she said she will be fine she knows no one likes her yet she still does it. i still feel bad though but i'm not gonna bring it up on the small chance she didn't hear.
