even with out our wedding this summer I've still got to get off a lot of weight.
So mine started today.. and so far so good. for me it's going to be portion control.. and eating more times a day so I don't get so hungry that I eat a lot at once.

Ditto you too Sammy! I loose inches before weight and will always tell I'm doing better just buy how I feel I in clothes and look in the mirror.
For me the numbers are just the "check in"...make sure I'm still making "progress" on the chart. I loathe the scale, but I do have to be friends with it every once in a while...when I was hardcore it was a daily thing. I lost 115 pounds before having Vaughn, gained a lot back and then lost 100lbs after Vaughn.
20lbs now will get me to a point where I feel I could be healthier getting PG...and I am doing what I can to keep PG weight gain down and baby at a target size. Vaughn at birth was 10.8 1/2...and nope...I didn't have GD. So def want to keep baby size down since want a VBAC.
