We keep going back and forth on when to TTC. Cannot decide what birthday month/time of year to try for. We have two fall/winter (november and february) right now. So thinking maybe spring or summer but I am also balancing that with what time of year i want to be hugely pregnant and then postpartum lol! Anyone here with thoughts/experiences either way?

How old are your other two? Does distance between them come in at all?

I am thinking we should TTC around July because I don't want another winter baby. I would start TTC in June, but I have the month of July off and may want an adult beverage or two That would put my children about 2. 5 years apart (God willing!). Plus that would get me a decent way in to my new job before maternity leave (I start August 1.)

Of course, after last month thinking I might have had an oops, I really want to TTC NOW! Ha ha. And my calendar says that the next couple of days are "dangerous." But I think we'll wait. Trying... to... resist... so.... hard....

Ha yeah after our almost ooops last month I kind of want to go now too lol!!! Yeah, spacing is a factor as well, our oldest is 5 and our other dd is 22 months. They are just over three years apart which was a GREAT spacing for us.

I think 3 years would be a nice distance apart. It probably feels less like having two "babies." But I still really want one asap. What crazy hormones I have. Did you feel like this for #2? My body is saying NOW NOW NOW even though it is crazy at home!

LOL. We're just doing the "we don't want this time of year baby" (which is Xmas, so no ttc for late november baby, dec baby, or all of jan baby in case I go early)

It will be my first, so I don't have to worry about lugging other kids in the heat or the cold... I just wanna be pregnant! LOL

we have 2 sept babies and it benefited them no end with school but i can't have another sept baby its to expensive. i would like a march,april,may baby cause its far anoth away from my other kids birthdays and christmas. only time we will stop trying though is for dec birthday so prob have 2 months off ttc in feb/march

i'd love to have babys birthdate as 24th april and to get a chance of that date i'd need to ov about 7th aug giving me a due date of 30 april meaning when i have csection a week early i should get choice of that date unless its a weekend

I have 2 Summer babies and 3 Spring babies. I am hoping to try for a Fall baby next time.

I have 1 in May, 2 in July and 1 in September. I love being pregnant in the summer time. Don't have to put on much clothes and pretty much wear sandals, no worries about having to try and zip up a winter jacket over a huge belly or having to put on boots or even the fear of slipping and getting hurt. The bad thing about having summer babies is that their birthdays fall during summer vacation, and my DD#1 always has to celebrate before school is out.
I would like my next baby to be born in either October or November, just to be a bit different.

I wouldnt mind another August/September baby. Sure I hated being hugeeely pregnant in the heat but I love when her birthday is. Basically when we TTC I dont care when we have a baby..I would hate to have a baby around a major holiday but I wouldnt not TTC cuz of it.

I have a September baby now and living in the south, being pregnant during the summer was not fun at all! My feet were constantly swollen and hurting, it was so darn hot, just not ideal! However I now already have all these baby boy clothes and maternity clothes for those seasons. So I'm torn on trying to time it the same again to use the clothes I already have, or doing it completely different. If I could choose I'd probably TTC in the summer to shoot for a Spring baby.
