how high was his fever? and what vaccine is he supposed to be getting? is it the same vaccine that caused a fever? has he ever had another bad reaction to a shot?

Fever can be a really normal reaction to a vaccine and most of the time its not something to worry about, of course that doesnt make a mama stop worrying.

We do delayed/selective vaccines so for me it would really depend on the vaccine and the risks of getting the vaccine vs the risks of getting the disease. I have a big vaccine book, so if youd like i can take a peak at what it says about the vaccine Zac is supposed to get and let you know what it says

It'd depend on which shot it is for me.

I had four in December. Flu, MMR (measles, mumps rubella), TDAP (tetnus, diptheria and Pertessus/whooping cough), and the Hepatitis B Vaccination.

I had a 105 fever, and swollen glands... but I don't know who was to blame!

Thankfully I don't have to continue with the shots, as I've been cleared for immigration now. I'd be continuing with the hep b... but we're running extremely low on funds right now (since his unemployment hasn't kicked in in the five weeks he's been off work) so we can't justify it.

I have big issues with most vaccinations in the first place. I won't get into it here because this isn't the debate forum, nor is it a vaccination forum, but if it were me I wouldn't do it (at the very least until he were older) for reasons I'd rather keep to PM.
