a while ago someone mentioned they hide veg in food like cakes etc can you please share how you do this and your recipes please.

i puree veggies and hide it in my pasta sauce i use carrots and broccoli in red sauce and cauliflower in alfredo (white) sauce

I use apple sauce in cakes to make them more moist, im not sure about other veggies, but i hope someone has a cool recipe id love to try it

I LOOOVE doing this! I have so much puree in my freezer! Here is a link to one of my favorite recipes-Brownies! Just make sure you let them cool completely and you wont taste the spinach!

I cant find some of my favorites. One is 'buttered' noodles, I usually do this for myself for lunch, Greyson eats them too. Just cook noodles, add 1/2 cup yellow squash puree-butternut would probably work too, salt and pepper. Thats it. I'll pull the cook books out later
