i've been doing really well with zac rountine and hes been in bed every night for 2 weeks its not been easy but we have got here. i've been on days today and i rang dh at 5 and he tells me he let zac go to sleep and he had been asleep about a hour (i'm guesses it was more) so after 2 hours of trying to get him to sleep i've given up and brought him down stairs. god knows when he will go sleep and hes gonna be shattered tommorrow and i'm on days again and if he lets him go sleep early again cause he will be tired i'm gonna go crazy.
