I thought it would be nice for once a week to pick a subject and I will give you a overview and some info on it and you can discuss what you know and ask questions.
I'm gonna start which ovulation and each day start a new thread which ways to detect it but for today we will start with the basics

what is ovulation?

Ovulation is the time during a women's cycle when eggs are released from the ovaries into the fallopian tube. This occurs usually between day 14-19 but can occur earlier or later.
