I feel like am gonna be buried under the avalanche soon.
Not only am I dealing with my possible job opportunity falling through, and that holding off TTC.

Now I got a bill for $2400 for my physical therapy from the car accident I was in back in Sept. It turns out the other guys car insurance company wont return the Therapy place's calls or respond to any of the bills that have been sent.
So I am now to the point I have to get an attorney or pay the bill.
To top that off I am still having problems. A nurse practitioner I work work thinks I could have a pinched nerve in my shoulders or neck since I keep having spells of my hands and arms getting really cold and going numb and to sleep.

So luckily my parents attorney does handle person injury so I have an appt with him a week from Monday right after my doctors appointment.

Oh my goodness, that is so wrong! I hope your atty deals with them quickly and easily. Will you be charging them for your atty fees? I would hate to see you have to spend money on something like that!!

The attorney is doing it on contingency basis, so I dont actually have to pay anything to the attorney. He will get a % of the settlement in the end.
At this point I dont see a settlement soon, especially since I'm having problems. Hope to get an answer from my Dr's appt this coming Monday.

I'm lurking today but I just wanted to let you know I went through this exact same thing 6 yeas ago! The accident was caused by a drunk driver and his insurance offered me $300 for the "inconvenience" and they were also not paying my medical bills or talking to the collectors.

I ended up doing just what you did, and hired an attorney on a contingency fee basis. it was a very slow process but in the end it all got taken care of. I hope this all smooths over for you soon, hun! Good luck and keep your head up!

Ugh! That sucks! Definitely go with the attorney! They deserve to pay! Its too bad people just don't do the right thing from the beginning and make the other party go through so many hoops.

You would think so. They guys pays them every months just incase this happens so why do they have to be such jerks by not paying what they need to.
My dad is pissed, not only because its his baby that is hurt but they are causing his baby such stress by jerking me around.
