what do you do when you can't sleep?

I try to count things in my head, but it doesn't always work. When I can't sleep I get really bad anxiety and it does horrible things to my appetite and mood. Thankfully it hasn't happened in a while.

^ lol, reading keeps me up. I get so into books that I MUST finish it so I can find out how it ends. If I don't, it just eats away at me...so I usually finish books within hours. Of course that was before Vaughn and now I can't even remember the last book I read!

But now, I just jump on the phone and cruise around the internet, facebook it, or I light up the laptop and do the same thing until my eyes get blurry from exhaustion. I'm a notoriously horrible night owl.

Typically read, but I normally get sucked into the book and cant put it down and dont want to go to sleep then.

If its really bad and getting towards 1 or 2 am or so, I'll take a benadryl since it always makes me sleepy.

Either surf the internet on my phone or let millions of things run through my head.

i'm such a night owl then when i do go bed i lie awake for hours every night. its worse at mo cause i'm ill.

i usually get up and go use my computer or watch a movie
