How long have you been on JM?

I was just talking in one of my FB groups about this the other day, but when I first joined, JM was POPPIN'. All of the boards were super quick moving, lots of activity. Then, everybody discovered FB groups and it all went downhill. It makes me SO sad because ever since I got pregnant with my daughter in 2008, JM has been an everyday thing for me and to watch it dwindle down like it has just makes me so sad.

i joined under a different name in 2005 i think it was when i was ttc for zac. i agree fb has killed everything.

In a little over a month I will be here 3 years. But yes, I noticed how a lot of the month boards are like ghost towns. My September 2009 board moved to FB and I only recently found them. Didn't know they were even planning on doing that.

And I agree, JM's dead. It's so sad too.

in december 2009, shortly after i got my BFP with Ross, i lurked for a week or 2 prior to joining.

I miss super active JM

I joined summer of 2007 when I found out I was pregnant with Greyson. I left for a chunk of time in the middle. I guess I dont have a PR or anything, this is the only group Ive got on fb too. I do wish JM was a bit busier too...

I joined in Sept 2009, when I found out I was PG with Vaughn. We had a great DDC and PR until a HUGE troll was found in our group and the ***** hit the fans. THEN an FB group was created and our board totally dropped off. Now, we have a small group here but the gals are great...and although our board is much slower now, its still quality and we value and trust each other.

December 2009. I found JM when TTC my DS, which quickly led me to the DDC, which is the PR I'm still active with.

I guess it depends which board your on. For example I feel that our PR is amazing. A ton of us meet up frequently from all over the world, we really have a great group. But then I'll venture over to VBAC or Home Birth board to ask a question and it'll go unanswered and unmoved for many many weeks if not months, which is frustrating!!

Your troll was in my June '11 DDC. I had her on FB and we would chat but I always found it SO strange that there weren't really any pictures of her on there and all of her "friends" were from JM. She SHOULD have been my co-host but I think they were onto her right around the time they were choosing hosts.

Holy crap!!!

That is a pair of big brass ones!!! I can't believe that! Yea, it was this big investigative sting that went down and it turned into absolute chaos...we really felt turned upside down. It was sad when it went down...we truly were a close knit DDC/PR and we never really were the same after that. The FB group I suppose was created with the thought that it was more private than JM and that it wouldn't have troll issues. But there are no guidelines like here, so I here its pretty drama filled. I'm not a part of it, but I have a feeling I'm really not missing much. Drama free please!

maybe we could help get jm back on track by posting something on our face but status like if you love just mommies please post this to your status if you don't go get out the group then tell me you don't love it.

I joined in Jan 2007. After i had my son in 2008 i found it difficult to find the time to be on here. If JM had an android app i could be on here all day lol.

I joined in 2009 when I got pregnant with DD. My PR is slow on here but our fb group is very active so yes fb as hurt JM terribly!

I started back in 2008 when I was pregnant, but then left after the loss. I came back about a year ago when I thought I pg but wasnt and just didnt leave instead just came to hang out here.
