do you have any regerts?

i'm not normally the type of person to worry about the past i have 2 though 1. silly i guess but i wish i never went on a diet in the first place i'm certain its all the yo yo dieting thats made me fat.
and 2. is my biggest regert i wish i had visited my gran in hospital before she died, i was due to visit her the next day.
