ive been really slacking this week. I feel awful. DH is OOT so I'm bored eating and not getting the opportunity to fit my in.

when I get like that I crank up some tunes and dance around like I'm 13 again. Burns calories, works muscles you haven't used since you were 13 and I bet your little guy would boogie right along with ya!
