Twins run in my family. My mom is a twin and she herself had two sets of twins. One of my sister's had twins and one of my brother's had twins.
I don't know what genders I would prefer. I think a boy and a girl twin pair would be sweet.

My mom is a twin, also. I grew up thinking please dont be me, please dont be me. Now, most of the time I still feel that way, though there is a part of me that would really like boy/girl twins... I know thats crazy, and in a day or two, I'll revert to my previous pleas to not have twins

Yes I'd love them. One of each gender preferably.
Two of my losses have been twins, identical, one set of each. The specialist I saw said while identical twins are a "fluke", he's noticed that some women seem to have "weak eggs" that split on a regular basis. They aren't weak as in they miscarry them, but they seem to have multiple sets of identical twins. He has many patients with more than one set. There was one woman in his office while I was there who had FOUR sets of identical twins. LOL. Not the case for most women though.

I don't think I could handle twins. As much work as just one baby is, I really cannot imagine!
However, twins does run in both sides of our family as well. It makes me a bit nervous When I was younger I definetely wanted girl twins, I must admit. And unfortunately, twins is something my husband prayed for when I was pregnant, and still wants. He's insane!

No. I have 2 kids, but different ages, and I just can't imagine having 2 the same age, especially between 18 months and 24 months when they have an opinion on everything. I have 2 friends with triplets. Crazy times. But if I did have twins I'd welcome them just the same, dont' really care which gender.

Recently I have gone back to thinking it might be nice but I know that is crazy thinking. DH would freak out, and I know it would be really tough but still at times would like it.
If it was twins I think I would want one of each or possibly 2 boys.

I'm a twin, a frat, so the gentics are there. And I'm terrified. We only want one more, and I'm not sure I could handle two babies at once anyways, I'm still scared of handling one!

I used to want twins but now that we already have two DD's I would not choose to have twins. (We only want one more and honestly go back and forth about that) However, I would welcome them with open arms (and excitement) if it happened. I think I would like boy twins if I had them because I already have 2 girls.

Umm. No. Not unless I ended up adopting twins.
I'm very petite and pregnancy will likely be hard on my body anyway. Twins would likely put me in the high risk category, which is the last thing I want since I'm hoping to have a home birth.
