Let's hear em!

My aunt has no internet etiquette. I will post "yay, this happened to me" and she'll post a huge "we love you and miss you abby (my nickname) love Aunt Shell, Tori and Teanna! XOXOXOXOXO" Or I'll comment on someone elses status and she'll go "what you doing sweetie?"

here is a legit example. From yesterday:

Ashley: Well, that was a piece of cake. I think the reason I get less stressed driving, and have less road rage is because I'm not afraid to drive the limit, or a little below in the lane that attaches to my exit. I have no desire to pull out, pass the slower traffic and try and merge back in like someone I know... he who shall remain unnamed. Only heart stopping moment I incurred was when the GPS set off a siren to tell me there was parking near my destination. *kicks tom*

Office is easy to get to, parking garage across the street. woot. Will still have to leave crazy early in the am since I'll be fighting "into work" traffic.

Aunt: Love you and miss you lots honey.I say to Teanna were Abby she goes and gets your Pic and she kisses it.Tori says hi Abby and send you all of us lots off hugs and Kisses .xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Thanks make me feel guilty for not being home anymore, and for the baby growing up with out me. But please do so in places that are relevant.. like in a general post from you on my wall. Or a message.. but not as a reply to a status that has NOTHING to do with babies, pictures, home or you in general.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

*le sigh* at least we got her to stop typing in all Caps.. that was uber annoying.

is she unaware that she can message or write on peoples walls? it sounds like she really cares for you and misses you lots (im sure you know that) but youre right her comments have nothing to do with the original post, I can see how that would get really annoying

I get annoyed with all the text speak online, drives me nuts!

Text talk in non-text messages. I got an email at work today that seriously said "Hey, sup? I nd to c u 'bout mting nxt week. R u in office?", what think he meant is "Hi Darla, how are you? I need to come by and ask you something about the meeting next week. Are you in your office today?", but I wasn't sure so I wrote back "I speak several languages, but this isn't one of them. Since I'm fairly sure we both speak English, would you mind translating this into English for me? Then I'll be happy to help you!", he got the message. He still kept "sup", but I just let that be, progress not perfection.

Oh, and anyone WhO TyPeS LyKe tHiS. They should just be banned from the internet. No one needs to type like that.

Haha! I have a cousin who capitalizes the letter O in everything. I don't know if it means something or if her O key is broken or what. lol.

LOL. I played an online game with someone and she did the capital thing... her login was YuM and her alt was SaDiStIk was almost impossible to write to her in game with out messing up something. Rubs off on ya though. I tend to write yay as YaY!

I really hate text speak. My brother is really bad for it, and it got to the point my grandmother threatened to burn his phone. He'd do text to landline to get a hold of her since he wasn't allowed to make calls on his phone, just texts and she couldn't make out what he was saying since c u l8r isn't spoken as it looks. lol

Haha. My dad is awful with spelling and punctuation and capital letters. The first time he IM'd me, I thought it was my little brother playing a joke on me.

heck my 8 year old cousin types better than her mother does. LOL. So does my going on 70 year old grandmother. quite silly if you ask me. I mean I don't always use capitals... but you can tell I have some intelligence in me.

Stupid inane updates on everything they, their child, or their pet is doing, all day long.
I'm not kidding, I deleted my Facebook because people I formerly liked became so annoying that I liked them less and less with each stupid status message 500x a day.
