God's Gift...heard that one recently, it's the name of a basketball player. But in my old neighborhood my neighbor had a daughter named Feloni (spelling like this pronounced Felony).

Feloni?? That's just mean!!!
I knew someone named Jose Quervo and his sister is Tequilla Rose. And I know someone named Princess and one named Cupcake. But above all the strangest name is the olympic skier Picabo (I'm sure everyone knows this but it's pronounced Peek-a-boo).

Hmm, I guess the oddest one was J.D. Adams (J.D. was for Jack Daniels and Adams for Sam Adams). His parents were alcoholics, actually, so it was pretty sad. He changed his name when he was 16 years old.
Otherwise I haven't really heard of any odd names. Some are super uncommon, but not something I consider odd.

Ok... My cousin goes to school with a little girl whos name is spelled like a slang name for a black person that they'd use in speach to one another.. the big N word but with gga rather than ger at the end..... Tori missed a day of school when the new girl came in, so when Tori said hi.. she read the name tag. She didn't know that the name is pronounced knee yah... the parents had a fit over it. Seriously, don't spell names that you KNOW are going to cause your kids trouble, it's just mean. The teacher found out that they had similar run ins with the name in schools in two other provinces... but wont let the school write the name down as it is spelled. Thankfully the province stepped in and told the parents they would be writing it as Neeya as the original name is offensive and not allowed to be used in schools.
Our top girls name is really weird. LOL. Not afraid to admit it. He doesn't like my choices at all, and when we heard this one on tv we both liked it. Khalessi. (Cah lee see). It's from Game of Thrones, DH's been reading the series since it was released in 1996.

I went to school with three sisters named Annunciata, Immaculata and Mary.
I don't know what's weirder: the first two names, or the fact that after that mouthful, you've just got... Mary.

 These are hillarious!
A neighbor we were good friends with, her son went to college and was roomed with twin brother named Lemonjello and Orangejello, but pronounce "La-mon-ja-lo" and "Or-an-ja-lo"....pretty weird!
I've also heard of a women that named her baby Twina and Twinb bc that's what she had been referring to them as her whole pregnancy. Creative!!

Did you know that "gullible" is not listed in the dictionary?

Huh? I'm unsure as to if you're calling me gullible or suggesting I was trying to fool any of you. But I assure you it was a legitiment and true story. I can give you the University, dates of graduation and last names of these twin brothers that were roommates with my Mom's BFF's son throughout attending his college years at Georgia Tech. ....soooooooo.........yea.

I'm suggesting that anyone who believes this story (along with La-a pronounced Ladasha; Excema; and ****head pronounced sha-teed; and other urban legends about names) are gullible.
I've had 10 people swear that story to me as well.
They work at their mom's neighbour's grocery store, their cousin is a L&D nurse who delivered twins Orangejello and Lemonjello, their friend's cat's cousin's mother works with them, etc etc etc. I've been told this tale by a fellow Canadian, several Americans all from different regions, even by a British expatriate friend who swore they were born sometime in the early 2000's to an immigrant couple in London. One day they're university age, the next they're newborns. Just how many Orangejello and Lemonjello's can there possibly be?
If there were an Orangejello and Lemonjello (or other urban legend name) registered at a university, that would mean there would be documentation of them existing elsewhere as well. People don't just register at universities without birth certificates, social security, proof of citizenship or of immigration, etc. In fact, a simple peoplefinder search, records search, or phone book search could turn them up, even if their phone number were unlisted. If Snopes hasn't found any such record of Orangejello and Lemonjello anywhere, there's a very slim chance that it's anything but a tall tale.
I'm not picking on you or anything, I just think some of these urban legends about names need to be nipped in the bud. Lots of people believe them and repeat them, but in reality, there's not a shred of truth to them.

Well said. However that was honestly the only time I have heard of said names and considering it came from a long-time family friend, I didn't question my source. In fact I've seen these two write on her son's FB wall. But that's besides the point. I don't know them personally so you very well may be correct.
Point is that I honestly was not trying to repeat an apparent tall tale or misguide anyone or make up stories to add. That was the accusation I thought you were pointing fingers at and that I was upset about. But thank you for explaining where you were coming from. We'll leave at this.

This is sad but I also know a girl named Felony, I used to work with her and she was so sweet, and her parents were.......interesting. Anyway, I can't believe there's more than one person with that name!

I did filing at my dad's office one summer when I was like, 14, and there was a lady named Bo Peep Little. Also, her kids were Sunny & Skye. That stuck with me!
I've definitely heard the Lemonjello/Orangejello thing from several people - and wondered when it would come up here.
