SO revealed the other night that he's had baby fever for about a year and a half. He would start TTC today if I gave the go ahead. The problem is that I currently do not have insurance. At least not insurance that covers maternity care. However, I should, in theory, have said coverage by August.

Grrr....why do I have to be the strong one? Doesn't he know that I'm one cute baby away from saying to heck with it and just going for it? It was so much easier when I didn't know how bad he wanted a kid too.

Plus, I have to go to a baby shower for my BFF in two weeks, which is two days after my graduation. Nothing good can come of this....

Ladies, please talk some sense into me and tell me that I can make it another 3 or 4 months...

I would wait. Sometimes insurance has a one year waiting period for maternity coverage. The insurance issue would cause a lot of unnecessary stress when you are pregnant. You could prepare by adding more healthy foods to your diet and taking prenatals.

I know. And I'll wait. Waiting is the rational thing. But it's so darn frustrating. I'm tired of being rational. Sigh.... I suppose I should stop torturing myself my looking at baby clothes for my new goddaughter...

((( ))) you are stronger than me hun if dh said i want a baby i'd jump on him in seconds but then my dh changes his mind constantanly so i'd have to and we don't need insurance here.
its gonna be hard i know hun but just think how much easier it will be and them few months will fly by.
