This time I want to do it in a birthing center, actually I want to do home birth but my DH refuses. I also want to do it natural. My second son we barely got to the hospital in time and the epidural never even got a chance to kick in so I think I felt almost everything and I believe I can forgo the epidural next time.

I'll be having a scheduled c-section. My first delivery was an induction which went well. I pushed for almost 3 hours but it just wasn't happening. It ended in an emergency c-section with a horrible recovery. I was so out of it and sore for weeks.

My second was a planned c-section and was a wonderful experience! The recovery was great, I enjoyed the whole process. So there is really no question I will go ahead with that route again.

Really, really hoping for a natural hospital birth. I've caved with both kids right at 7-8 centimeters, so this time I am planning to prepare myself much better.

That and we have a new hospital that has really nice birthing suites with jacuzzi tubs, so I will have more options for natural pain relief than being on my back in bed, like I was with my other 2.
