I can't wait to start trying. All I could think about is getting healthy and losing weight so we can TTC. I have a question though. How can I lose weight if I'm breastfeeding? Will it affect my supply, or will it be okay as long as I'm getting those extra calories in and staying hydrated?
I'm looking to do 30DS again and resume my running next week. I've been super careful since my c-section was less than three months ago.
