Exercise during pregnancy, yoga, Bradley exercises, good diet (we eat Paleo anyway), lots of water, vitamins, herbal teas etc...

Make sure my tummy muscles are nice and tight so they bounce right back like they did this time! It kind of sucked when they had to like, RIP him out of me because my muscles were tight but I am fine with that!!!

I would like to lose 20 more lbs, i'm already 20lbs lighter than with my daughter. eat healthier and get portion sizes under control.

start an exercise regimen, I really enjoy running (did I just say that?) but I hurt my hip somehow and now can't run not for lack of trying so I would like to start doing yoga to see if that helps but for now I will stick with walking.

I am trying to work out at least once a day/5 days a week. This week I have even got two workouts in a couple times I think I eat pretty well, but I am really trying to increase my water intake.

I was really good in the summer about jogging and taking better care of myself. During the year, it just seems like I get home exhausted and spend all my time running after Sawyer. Leaves no time for exercising! But I just need to force myself back into it. I'll probably go back to prenatals a few months before we start trying again. But that's quite down the road!

I want to be in the best shape possible so I've been walking about a mile and a half on my lunch breaks at a local park and I just discovered Zumba (LOVE it!). Other then that, taking vitamin D and and a few other ones to be as healthy as I can.
