In the summer we keep it about 75-80. In the winter we keep it 70-75. My DH likes keeping it colder in the winter than I do so I sometimes will set it a little higher, but it just depends on the weather outside and how I feel inside.

78 in the summer, 68 in the winter. We work our way up or down to those temps, as it can take some adjusting to, but it generally only takes a few weeks before we are comfortable again.

Our auto function is currently broken so we turn it on when we need to. Then turn off when it's where we want it.
