Since I had Sawyer, my cycles have become more regular and shorter. And I swear I get the worst cramps when I ovulate which I never did before...

I don't get my period anymore since getting my IUD so yes it has definitely changed. I have a question though.... I was dying of cramps last night. Worse then I have ever had. Could that be from the IUD? I want to get it out so bad. I just want to feel "normal" again!

Before ever having kids I had horrible cramps. I'd have to call into work, take very strong meds and basically pass out for a few hours. I wouldn't wake up for anything, not phones or knocking on the door - nothing. I'd be rather lethargic for the next 12hrs and then the pain would go away.

I've only had minimal painful cramping since my first daughter.

After DD I got AF back 8 weeks after. I had less cramping than before (so basically none) and the flow seemed lighter most of the time I think. I've only had one cycle back since DS and it was fairly light with no cramping. I don't know if it will be more or less regular since I've only had the one.

Definitely!! My flow is heavier than before, but I have PCOS and had crazy irregular cycles before I had Grace. I do still have long cycles on occasion, but usually they are between 28-31 days now They were ranging from 32-65 before...sometimes I will even go months with just 28 day cycles which NEVER happened in my life before! I also get awful ovulation cramps now!! However, I had debilitating cramps before I had Grace when I got AF and now I rarely get bad ones....and PMS is worse, but i've just recently realized it haha

Af for me after kids has been lighter and shorter, but they are also slightly more irregular. They were always irregular, but not like this.
