This car seat
Diono RadianRXT Convertible+Booster - Daytona - Diono - Babies"R"Us

One of these type space saver high chairs:
Boon™ High Chair - Sears | Sears Canada
Mamas & Papas Loop High Chair - White & Lime - Mamas & Papas - Babies"R"Us

I think this carrier is super cute
Snugli® Front Baby Vented Carrier - Sears | Sears Canada

Lots of really expensive fitted cloth diapers

That is all I can think of at the moment

Ditto the cloth diapers!
And I'd probably get a fetal doppler (kinda not for baby, but still), and I might go a little crazy with toys and stuff they seemed to like.
I would also get a carrier.

Baby wearing wraps for sure, and a wrap conversion, they are so pretty but so darn expensive!
