I'm not sure how to tell if I have either of those issues? I chart though and my LP is normally 11 days, is that too short?

Normal is 10-12 days and I am at 9.... My temps post O will elevate for about 4 days and then just plummet and remain low...

I am self diagnosing as to what is going on with me but I have all the symptoms of low progesterone so I'm going to try herbs before I consider seeing a doc

I'm pretty sure I had similar issues and it took 17 months of TTC to get my son. My mom gave me some natural herbs and random things that were supposed to help, after work I'll try to remember to look at what they were.
