So will anybody else be taking prenatals before TTC? I go in tomorrow afternoon to get my IUD out, so while at the store today I picked up some pre-natals and took my first one this evening.

I also just realized that this next cycle, we will be TTC according to an app I use in my phone today is my O day and if everything stays as is and my cycles stay as they have been I should be starting AF in a couple weeks and my next fertile period will be when I'm on my honeymoon! With O day roughly being 2 days after we return.

I've just been taking a regular multivitamin, although I forget to take it alot, lol.

I probably won't start prenatals until we're actually TTC.

I never really stopped taking mine DH keeps on top of me, he gives me mine when he takes his, thanks dad...lol! When I had my IUD out, my cycle did not stay on track. I am sure you already know this, but it may be very wacky. My doc told me that it could start anywhere from 3-5 days after getting mine out, because I was due for it, it went almost 40 days before I saw AF return. Of course, not everyone falls off their normal schedule, I hope for your sake that yours stays regular! GL!

I've been taking pre-natals for a couple of months now - my doctor basically told me it was mandatory as soon as I was thinking about giving up the pill! Now that I'm officially off the pill (even though we are currently still preventing) I am being diligent about the vitamins, just in case.

I am really hoping my AF stays on course! Being at the obgyn and seeing all those preggos today gave me serious fever!! My doctor strongly suggested starting pre-natals now, so she was pleased when I told her I started them yesterday.

I continued to take mine for quite some time after Jack was born then stopped. If we TTC, I will start taking them again. Not at the moment though.

I started taking prenatals about a year before we started TTC for Sophia and continued taking them after until I finished the bottle, probably about 5 months worth. Then I switched to a women's daily vitamin. Once I finish this bottle I'll switch back to a prenatal again.

I think about 3 months before our TTC date I want to get my implanon out, 100% fix my diet and take prenatals.

I'm still taking my prenatals because I'm breastfeeding (well, pumping). I'll probably continue to take them until I'm done at a year. And then I'll either just keep taking them or switch to a regular multi-vitamin. Either way I'll be taking something.

I'm taking men's vitamins (because they hurt my husband's tummy and I hate to waste anything, ha!) If we decide to TTC, then I will start taking real prenatals with folic acid.

I find the pre-natals too big to swallow..so I do the flintstone vitamin/folic acid/vitamin D supplement regimen..
With #1, I started taking them 3 months before TTC, and will do the same with #2

Ive been taken prenatals (leftover from when I was pregnant with my son) for 2 weeks now. We will be TTC next month. Last time I started taking them 3 months before TTC, I forgot this time to do so as early though!
