Hubby is totally on board and wants another baby, but my stupid cycles won't return why do I have to be one of those women whose cycle won't come back while breastfeeding?

Yea I can hop aboard the no cycles while breast feeding train too..lol It sucks because It makes me want to stop breast feeding so i can get my cycles back by the time I want to TTC but I'm really not ready to! I tried weaning recently but I just couldnt do it and gave up lol! I gotta give it more time and make sure i'm mentally ready to wean and dont feel guilty about it

I am breastfeeding and I just got my cycle back 2 months ago when my LO was 16 months. I can tell my body is still not ready for a pregnancy though because when I ovulate I am pretty much out of commission (headaches and feeling like I am going to puke).

I do know I started to ovulate around a year post pardum. You never know???? You might be fertile and not know it.
