I just found this website that will help you track you AF. I joined and I think it will be a good way to keep track and get email reminders. I also always mark my start day on my calendar at work.

Yep, I love that website! I have tracked all 8, yes 8 of my periods sense having Alyssa in june. It works really well. Got all of my periods on the exact day it predicted. My Af comes on a average every 25-26 days. That sucks.

thats what i use too, i like that i can email my self reminders of ovulation or cycle starting.. and if you want to pay for extra services, like when i start regularly temp charting, its like $20 for a whole year.

niema i have the same cycle, 25-26 days. its hard to predict when most things are based on a 28 day cycle online, so i like that you can plug you own personal info in there.
