is anyone else stoked about the new/final book?! I'm exciting... before each new release I re-read all the previous ones... my book was pre-ordered, so all there is to do now is wait.

I have a feeling I'll be pretty depressed when it's all over. Last summer DF and I netflix'd all the Sex & The Citys so we could watch all of the seasons in order... when it was over we were kind of bummed for a while. haha.

DF said he would start reading the first Harry Potter book tonight... he enjoys reading but never got into HP, and I'd love to share it with him. So fingers crossed he gets sucked in like I did!

I'm totally into it too! I wonder if I'm right about the ending . . . .

I sometimes re-read the older HP books, I have had no time this time around, and I am going on vacation this weekend for a week and I don't want to spend it reading HP, so i guess I will need to wait and just read the new one when I get back (next sunday or monday). I spend time guessing at what could happen though.

I've only seen the first HP movie and I was disapointed so I haven't seen the others. I heard though that this next one coming out (I don't even know which one, that's how far out of the movie loop I am... sad) is a lot mroe accurate! I am kidna glad I haven't seen them though b/c then when I'm going through withdrawl from the books I can go and watch them, I guess! haha

let me know how it is!! does it come out the same day as the book? that would be neat!

I have seen the movies but never read any of the books. I not really into Harry Potter at all. The movies were okay if you like that kind of movie.

I saw the movie last night -- It was amazing.

My boyfriend fell asleep during the first one -- he said he really enjoyed this one -- and he went in to it not knowing anything really.

Amazon says my book is coming the 21st. Woohoo!

I saw Order of the Phoenix last night and loved it! DH loved it too! I thought it stuck with the book really well, although it's been a couple years since I read that one.

So pumped about the last book coming out soon! I have it preordered and can't wait for it to arrive. Although I'm going to be really sad when it's all over.

I've never gotten into it. I've only seen the first movie, and I was quite bored *waits for the tomatos*

DH is totally into the books, he reads all of them.

i only read up to #5 so far. my mom has the 6th and one of these days i'll borrow it. trying to finish a novel right now and then i want to read 'sisterhood of the traveling pants.' gotta gear up on that young adult lit. w/ school coming up! i swear, those darn kids better not give away anything in book #7 when i have to read their reading responses! i have enjoyed the movies as well. i am not a fantasy person at all...i hate the lotr trilogy, but jk rowling is an amazing writer! i really enjoy when authors use their details in more than one book...i hate when they forget what they've written and 'change' something about a character. it annoys me to no end.

**and yes, i am a nerd!

We saw it last night. I have seen all of the Harry Potter movies. As far as the movies go, it was the best. But I was very disappointed with the difference at the end from the book. I heard a lot of people didn't like it, but I thought it was great.

oh no! that is one reason i also like the hp series because the movies usually follow the books pretty closely. that is kind of disappointing to hear!
