wow you have been doing great - wish I could control my eating as well as you do!!! Make sure your getting enough calories though!!!!!
Yum Yum to the key lime yogurt - thats my favorite and I cant find it here.

I really like that fruit and yogurt parfait...i know it is kind of sugary, but it is much better than most grab and go choices!

 Will that be enough calories? Points-wise that's only about 10 points which isn't even half of the minimum requirement. Plus exercise... I think you might need to either eat more, or eat stuff that's higher in calories.

Did okay yesterday, ate a couple of things I didn't plan on but nothing too unhealthy. We shall see how today goes.
Breakfast:
Strawberries
Lunch:
Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Dinner:
Pork Chops
Rice
Snacks:
Sugar Free Popsickles (3 for a total of 60 cals)
Too many pita chips with too much humus.

hummus is healthy! get some whole wheat pitas and make your own pita chips, thats what i do. i just cut them up and put them in the toaster oven. don't beat yourself up about hummus my dear, there are a lot worse things to snack on!
u just reminded me i got some hummus yesterday - i will have to eat some for lunch today!
