I tend to have a goal of exercising 1000 minutes per month, so I am going to keep track of that here! And, I really, really need to start keeping track of what I eat. I really think food is my downfall. So, I will be starting at dinner tonight!

3.7.07

Dinner: Chicken fajitas (chicken, spices, green bell pepper, white onion, shredded cheese)

Exercise: Jogging (35 minutes)

No sigh for 3 little brownie bites!.....you had an awesome day. And the idea is not to deprive yourself from treats...just to do it in moderation....and 3 bites is defiantly moderation....you rocked it today! Be proud!

Wow - looking good so far.

Great job on adding the veggies. Something most of us girls slack on around here! Yes I'm guilty too.

Maybe instead of the fruit juice you could have had a peice of fruit - it would be more filling and less sugar.

3 brownie bites are ok...its all about healty lifestyle changes, and small amounts of comfort food are ok, otherwise we would feel deprived and go junk food nuts!

Great job on adding veggies...I think most of us have that challenge!
