Amanda will be posting a Trivia question here every day for all to answer! I wonder if I'm smart enough for this one!

I can't wait to see what she has in store for us!

How about we do this.....Whoever gets the answer correct, gets to post their own trivia question.

Cathlic Bishops are allowed 7 of them, Priests are allowed 5, and ordinary people 1, what are they?

A father took his son to hospital for emergency treatment after an accident. The doctor greeted them, but on seeing the boy, exclaimed, "I can't operate on him - he's my son!" How can this be? (The son was not adopted, nor a step-son.)

Switched at birth?

When did the custom of dressing up and trick-or-treating for Halloween first get it's start?

Halloween, otherwise known as the Druid holiday of Samhain began about 2000 years ago. It was believed that at this time the veil between the real and spirti world was its thinnest. People would dress as animals around a large bonfire on this night and tell one another's fortunes. The trick or treating began as a way to give gifts to the gods. (I am trying to remember from wayyyy back so correct me if I am wrong) It was thought that those who did not give a gift would receive bad fortune.

What is the holiday Easter REALLY named after ( and it isn't Christian)
