I LOVE sleeping with DS, but our queen size bed just seems to small. Any advice on how to make more room in the bed?

We have been co-sleeping much of the time now, since DD wakes up and wants 'in' our bed - not her crib. What I do is push DH to his side (since he LOVES to overtake my side when it's just the two of us in it... ) and then I turn my pillow the long way, and she goes in the middle of us, me sleeping on my pillow the long way, my head down a bit from her, her being up more with only the blankets being able to come up to her waist. Seems to be more room that way.

Hope that Helps!

well I usually put Grace in the middle and nurse her during the night - but sometimes if DH wants to "spoon" with me, I'll put a few pillows against the wall , then put Grace there, and then I sleep next to her and DH sleeps behind me. We've just gotten very used to sleeping on our sides and not being afraid to move Grace while she's asleep if she is taking up 1/2 the bed (HOW is that POSSIBLE with an 8 month old! I mean really! lol!)

We started in a double size bed, then got a king because DH wanted more room.

We have co-sleep two kids in a queen. My Dh is a big guy too and we manage. I admit I get the smallest amout of bed but I am also tiny so it works out. Carissa and I normally sleep close together giving daddy more room... lately she has been a wild child and is all over the place...

we want to get a bigger bed for the next one too...

We've always had a Cal king size bed and for a while used every inch of it. We had two kids a dog and two cats sleeping with us

We just have a queen and dh takes up half of it. I got a lot more room when we pushed it up against the wall and put it on the floor so ds couldn't fall off and I could get rid of the extra pillows. We are going to try and get a King before we add this baby to the mix, otherwise ds will probably have to sleep on his unused crib mattress beside the bed.
