Do you take more after one of your parents than the other? Are you closer to your mother than your father or vice versa?

Well I've just had my "OH MY GOD I'VE TURNED INTO MY MOTHER!" moment. I had my hair cut and only afterwards realised it ws very like the way my Mother used to have he hair.
Its quite a shock I can tell you.
I had no relationship with my father, and dont think I am at all like him, at least I hope not.
I wouldnt be a great deal like my mother either but we do have similarities. My Mom had a really hard life, and it kind of broke her. So I feel very protective towards my Mom, we are close but very different.

I'm more like my mom in the way I act towards certain things, we're both extremely stubborn. Physically, I don't resemble either of them that much. My mom is full Korean and my dad full Caucasian so I have a mix of features.

I am a blend of both my parents personalities, both good and bad. I have my moms height and shape, and a lot of my dads facial features. I find it a lot easier to talk to my dad than my mom. My mom also had a hard childhood, and it kind of left her a bit damaged. She is lovely when she wants to be, but extremely sensitive and mellow dramatic...

I'm a blend of both I'd say. Looks wise - I am my mother's daughter As for traits, etc. I'd say I have my mother's forgiving nature and the same inability to be mad. I have my father's humor, determination, athleticism, and backbone. I must say both of my parents are/were (my father died when I was 14) extremely kind, wonderful, loving, involved people. I am one lucky woman to have had them as parents.

I'm exactly like my mom. I look like her, I sound like her, I have a very similar personality to her as well. For a long time this caused problems in our relationship, when I moved out when I was 17 our relationship changed for the better and now she is one of my best friends.
