I said Baby wearing. For me its the one I just do naturally. Its hard sometimes because I have a really bad back, but without a car I find that its a great help for me when I don't want to take a stroller.
I picked 3: breastfeeding, bed sharing, and birth bonding. I held Lily as she came out of me and she didn't get cleaned up for about an hour after the birth. I just rocked her and held her and breastfed her. Bedsharing has always been great for us and breastfeeding has been very easy and natural as well. I feel very lucky.
I picked everything except the boundaries and balance. This is not an area I have a problem with at first but as my children get older it is much more of a challenge. Most of AP has come very naturally for me.
