My son is 3 and 8 months and his favorite word is no. Everything I ask him to do he responds with no and not always in a nice way either. I'm just wondering if anyone else is going through this stage yet or has already gone through it and can give suggestions on what to do. It's driving me crazy1

Well, your son is right at my daughters age and its a come and go sort of thing. Right now her newest thing is slamming her bedroom door like a teenager when she is mad. We don't do those things in my house so I don't know if kids are just programmed to be that way but....goodness. She has gone through the no thing and like the door slamming thing (screaming no while she is slamming it) I don't pay attention to it. Usually it turns into a joke and she and i will eventually start laughing about it. If i scream at her she will get worse. If I don't pay attention to it she stops and goes on to another thing.
