Download the instructions from their website! In a week or two it will be easy.

What issue are you having?
Watch videos on you tube! That really helped me out with other carriers (especially with my new woven wrap).

How to wear your Ergo Baby Carrier-BabyWearing - YouTube (though she puts the baby on her back in a weird way to me lol)

i love the wrap that you have in your photo...but since it's one that requires you wrapping it just so and this and that, i'd get that very wrong..worse than the ergo.
i got a sleepy wrap before carlos was born and it wasn't very good with it and never used it. i keep worrying he was going to fall right out.

thank you for the suggestions!

Thanks! Yes, it's a Storch Anna woven wrap. Just this past month I've been trying to wrap.

Let us know if you need anymore help! I promise the Ergo is super easy once you get how to use it. It really shines with back carries.

i'm trying to hip carry him because he doesn't want to face in towards the front. he likes facing out and the ergo doesn't do that...and it just seems like he's totally uncomfortable in the hip position and i cant get him centered right...i was wondering if there's a size limit for a comfortable hip carrying position. he's about 20lbs now.
also, i really cant put him on my back alone for the back carry. everyone makes it look so easy, but of course it's not for me!

I'm not help with the hip carry with the ergo. I've never tried it since we have a ring sling for that.
Just keep practicing with back carries! I started when DS was almost 4 months and it took me a month before I felt comfortable doing it by myself out of the house. Try hip scooting him around. I personally find it easiest to flip DS over my head (but most people don't lol).
