Is anyone else working on losing weight at the moment? What kind of program are you using?

Do you have trouble finding time to exercise?

Me! I was doing so well after kieran...and then I just stopped caring and have put some weight on recently. So I gotta get it off.

I honestly don't do a system or anything. I just try to make good choices (mine tend to be pretty crappy overall) and take walks and stuff with the boys. I hate gyms or organized exercise (it reminds me of being anorexic and obsessive about stuff like that). I just try to do the moderation thing and it usually works well for me. (just for the record, I am not skinny and trying to lose more weight...I legitimately need to lose some!)

I think the my fitness pal is cool...but I always forget to update it. Lol.

I'm gonna try a lose 5 -10 more pounds by walking this summer.
I lost 30 lbs already, but I overdid it and started feeling anemic all the time, so now I'm just working on making better food choices and being a little more active.

i wish i had time to work out. i spent the year before trying to get pregnant losing 50lbs. and i was 116lbs before getting pregnant..then i gained 45, lost 23 and i've been stuck ever since. i know HOW to lose the weight, but i dont have time. it really sucks! i'm hoping now that he's 1 and goes longer between nursings, i can get something in when my husband gets home in the afternoon. i dont want my supply to dip either, but i dont know how that works when you're this far into breastfeeding.

I was in awesome shape and worked out 5-6 days per week before getting pregnant.

I got down to my pre-pregnancy weight, but not necessarily shape, but about 6 months pp (and was within 5 lbs by 3 or 4 months pp). Within the last 6 months I have gained some back! This is mainly the result of me constantly offering tasty food to Juliana to attempt to get her to eat, plus a particularly cold winter so that I have not had many chances to take out the jogging stroller, plus Juliana's refusal to go to the gym childcare.

Saturday morning is my time to work out, no matter what. I go to kickboxing class and DH takes Juliana to Gymboree. If we have a birthday party or other event to go to, we go earlier and I do spin class. Sadly, this is the only day of the week I am guaranteed to get a decent workout.

If the weather is nice, I try to run with Juliana in the jogging stroller twice per week. The weather has not been cooperating lately. It snowed this morning! Since we're almost to April this has to change soon!

I am also hoping that Juliana would overcome her fear of the gym childcare in the near future. I really do love going to work out with DH. It used to be our "date" on Saturday nights. We both just love to workout and lifting weights together reminds me of when we were in our 20's.

The most common way I work out now is using the elliptical while our nanny is here. I've been a little busy at work so I've only gotten in 20 minutes the last 2 days. I usually shoot for 45. I also have a 15 minute ab video that sometimes Juliana will let me do while she's awake, but I do have to pause it at least 3 times and she's usually jumping all over me.

Sometimes when I just don't have time to work out I use Juliana as a weight and do exercises. On Sunday I did 100 lunges per leg while holding her, my 29-lb weight. She thought it was hilarious, and I was sore the next day.

I need to lose a ton of weight. Ideally 50-80lbs before I get pregnant with number two. I have lost the baby weight, plus 6lbs, which I think for 6.5 months pp is pretty good. But I find it incredibly difficult to find the time for exercise with the baby, and also to stay on track with healthy eating.

I have struggled with weight my entire life, and actually lost almost 100lbs between the ages of 18 and 20 using weight watchers. I felt FANTASTIC and I want to be back in that place.

If anyone is on myfitness pal feel free to add me- my username on there is joonzgurl as well.

I started WW 6 weeks PP and had already lost 25 lbs before that. I am now down 35 lbs since i gave birth in dec and had only gained 15 during pg so im doing well. I love WW while nursing cause u get so many extra points! Anyway, i was overweight to start so the extra weight coming off was necessary. I have 13 m ore lbs to lose to be in my ideal weight range and i cant wait!
