I use my jogging stroller a couple of times per week. Other than that, Disney World was the only time I found a stroller useful but I did appreciate having it there. It has storage, a place to hang the diaper bag, and it's nice for when we quickly go from one ride to the next. It's just not worth putting her in the Ergo for a two minute walk. Of course, half the time she refused to sit in it so I ended up carrying her in my arms.
i take him on walks a few days a week in the stroller. sometimes we take it to the mall, but i prefer wearing him for most occasions. he will out grow the baby bjorn in about 3lbs and i'm still too stupid for the ergo. i wasted a lot of money on that thing too. i have no idea what i'm going to do when he outgrows the bjorn.

We have a jogging stroller that I used quite a bit, but she is starting to prefer to walk so she can pick up rocks and flowers on the way.
I keep an umbrella stroller in the SUV now, because my doctor's office requires toddlers to be in a stroller during appointments. That's really the only time I use it.

All the time. Hes always LOVED the stroller. Legs kicking, squealing, just super excited as soon as he sees it. He can sit in there for hours as long as we are outside.
I had to give up wearing him a few months ago because of my back & hip pain.. which the doctors NOW believe is sciatica. I have to go get an MRI ugh. I'd love to wear him I just cant.
I never used one with Eva but I use our double jogging stroller now with both the kiddos. And it did come in really handy last week when we were at Disneyland.
Gabe's too squirmy to carry, so whenever I'm out with him in a place that doesn't have a shopping cart, he does alright in the stroller. Still prefers to crawl whenever possible though.
I use it when I need both kids contained somehow. I usually wear kieran and Liam rides. Although it has been reversed sometimes. I have a sit and stand that I have used a few times...but not often enough for how much I paid for it!
When it was just Liam, we never really used the stroller. I just can't wear two of them on a regular basis! That is about 50 pounds of kid!!

I don't even know if they actually make them anymore, but you can find them used. Ours was a gift from my BIL 3 years ago. It is great and easy and both of my boys loved it!

I know once before you said you were struggling with it. How so still? Maybe there's something I can do to help if you give me more details. Is it uncomfortable? How?

I don't use a stroller often. Aiden prefers to be worn. I do use it for my OB appts now since I have yet to meet someone here that I trust to babysit him for hours (my appts are in another city an hour away). My husband uses our jogging stroller for running a couple of times a week. I actually just bought another woven wrap just so I can keep BWing through the summer even with a baby bump. I suspect I'll be using my stroller regularly once the new baby is here. Regularly tandem wearing seems uncomfortable!

ok, the side/hip carry...i can get him in, but either he looks like he's sagging, or he looks squished and he lets me know he's uncomfortable. ..as for the back carry, i cant even figure out how to safely get him back there...if my husband tries to wear him and i help get him back there, he looks squished and his legs seems super far apart and stretched out and uncomfortable.
i have a sleepy wrap i never used...can you back carry in that? is it uncomfortable once they get heavy?

I have a double jogging stroller that I use for running and sometimes walks when it's hot (too hot to have another body on you). Other than that it's been the baby hawk mei tai that I've mostly been using lately. I use that for shopping, around the house, walks when it's cooler, etc. love it.

You can't back carry in a sleepy wrap or any stretchy wrap and they generally are only supportive and comfortable enough up to 15-18lbs. Maybe you would like the Beco Butterfly II, for back carries you just put it on like a backpack. It's like back carry training wheels!
We have a stroller my aunt got us but it's not put together and I don't think it would fit in out tiny car anyway. I wear her when we go out, usually in a ring sling or mei tai. I've been grabbing my woven wraps more lately though.

I'll look for videos and such to help you get him back there. I'll find some pictures here in a few of DS in our Ergo.
NEVER do a back carry in any stretchy wrap. Kids can flip right out of them because the material well, stretches. They're good wraps for newborns up to 15 pounds. Past that and most people find they sag and have to readjust/tighten often.
These pictures are from DS being anywhere from 6 months through 17 months. DH wears the Ergo pretty low because it's more comfortable for him for longer. When you put the waist of the Ergo lower on your waist, the taller the carrier will come up on the baby. If you wear the carrier higher, the lower the carrier will be on the baby. If I put the Ergo waist at my real waist, Aiden is EASILY arm's out completely. Which since he's a bit time leaner worries me. But not an issue with DH wearing him.
It really depends on what kind of walk I'm taking. I often take walks that are really just so I can get some quiet time, I bring the double stroller for that. Walks for my daughter, I put Eli in the Moby and hold her hand. When we go to the park with DH I put Eli in the single stroller and he carries Eliana or holds her hand.
He's getting way too big for the Moby, so I have to find something else soon.
We always do now. DD was never satisfied with being worn and now, being pregnant, I couldn't wear her anyways. I do let her walk wherever possible though. She loves picking flowers and finding rocks. Thankfully, the street terrifies her so she would never walk into it. Even parking lots scare her to the point where she asks to be carried. She always holds my hand anyways. I'm hoping to wear her brother until he's too big to be worn and let her walk most of the time. The stroller is a pain unless we go shopping.. then we use it to carry our groceries We have a big one that car seats click into so DD is in the seat, some things are in the basket and we can tie bags onto the handles as well. Much easier than carrying 15 bags in our arms while wrangling a 2yr old.
