i dont know if it's a coincidence or not, but after a really long day yesterday and lots of drooling and fussing and terrible naps, i picked up a pack of these tablets. i had heard so many good things about them. he took two around 6.15pm. gave him a bath and he was asleep by 6.45! he slept until around 10 before waking up. i didn't give him a second dose after the first one and only woke up one more time at around 2.45 before waking up at 6.40 this morning. it's some kind of record.
we'll see if ti happens again tonight.

Did you read what's in them? Not surprising he fell asleep so quickly! Glad you got some rest though. Teething pain is brutal.

yah, and i saw the recommended dosing for a child who cant sleep at all while teething. it seemed crazy!
has anyone given these during the day? i dont want him to be sleeping all day. i just want him to have some relief. anyone try the hyland's teething gel?

I give them occasionally. But she has no teeth yet! I *think* she is teething at times so I try as a last resort. Honestly I don't know if they have really made much of a difference or not for her.

L has been getting most of his teeth all at once for a few months now. I mean, several teeth plus 2 molars. It's obvious some days how much discomfort he's in. We use Hyland's and I really believe that they help him.

Do they have sleep aids in them? I've only given them during the day and I can't honestly tell if they helped or not. I didn't notice a dramatic improvement but it's hard to say what she would have been like with and without them.

i guess a few of the ingredients are relaxing and can promote rest.
he slept a lot better again last night. but i only gave him 2 tablets again before bed.
i'm not sure if i'd use them during the day if they're going to make him sleep a lot.
he was a lot better yesterday during the day. i think he has two canines making their way, but he wont let me look in his mouth for longer than 2 seconds!!!

Some days I give L close to the maximum dosage (max would be 3 tablets 3 times/day, I give 2 tablets 3 times/day) and it does not make him sleep any more then normal.
