I live in Rhode Island and so far we have about 10" or so. But, according to the Weather Channel, the worst is yet to come! Luckily we live right across the street to a hospital, so somehow we're connected to their backup generator, which is nice in case we lose power. In fact, as I was typing this, the lights just flickered and the generator at the hospital kicked on!
According to the weather channel and I AM skeptical, they said this will be the worst storm in a century! It is really sad to me because the news was showing my home town which was completely wiped off the map from Hurricane Sandy and their are people living in tents now being snowed on. So that makes me thankful that I am warm tonight.
Thank you *Kiliki* for my perfect siggy

When all was said & done, we had 19" of snow on our front porch. However, some of the drifts were insane! DD stood next to one and it reached her chest (she's almost 4 ft tall). It was a busy day of shoveling yesterday! Hope everyone else is safe!
